There is not enough data on waste from single use sheet masks yet but numbers can be similar to that of single use make up wipes that are thrown away by the millions every day. These can take hundreds of years to break down in a landfill.

Brand uses glass, PET plastic & paper for most product packaging.
They are looking at replacing 90% of product packaging to glass by the end of 2020.
And are looking at increase PCR from the current 20% to 100% by 2022.
We are unclear on the recycle policy / decompose time of their single use sheet masks - we have asked the brand for more clarity on this*.
