It should be noted, that products are made in China, where there can be no guarantee of raw material not being tested at any stage of production*.

*The problem is that there is no surety on the transparency of raw materials used and sourced in China. There can be no guarantee that the raw materials were not tested at any stage of production nor can the brand guarantee that their products may or may not be subject to animal testing at any time if authorities in China deem it necessary (and they can do this without any prior notice).

Though brand is transparent with labelling, they need to clearly indicate transparency in sourcing of ingredients like Palm Oil (derivatives) & Shea.

Synthetic fragrance are known to contain a mix of various toxins - unless these are clearly and transparently mentioned as complete fragrance by the brand. Unfortunately very few brands give complete fragrance info as they consider this as proprietary information. When it comes to Synthetic fragrance this is tricky as they can be known pollutants in it.
