Cancellation policy
Cancellation before shipment

If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by signing in to your Zoobop account and going to the "my orders" section. You can then view the order that you would like to cancel and then select the cancel order option. In such cases, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 10 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment

"If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team by raising a ticket using the help section in the Website.

In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 10 business days. Our team will inform you in case there would be any wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc. that would be deducted from your refund amount. "

What is the return policy of zoobop?

Most items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the products being sold on Zoobop. Please check the return policy associated with a product before placing an order. In case the item is eligible for return, then you may request for a return of the product within 5 days days of delivery of that product by following these steps: Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via our Site or App within 5 days of receiving the order. Step 2: Provide Us with your order details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly add an image of the product/s for our reference. Step 3: We will review your request and if approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the products. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by our seller in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. Please see below the process to be followed for such a claim. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Damaged or defective or incorrect product
I have received a damaged / defective or incorrect product. what should I do?

"Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit or is defective or is an incorrect product, please follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via our Site or App within 5 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide Us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: If your return request has been approved, then we will arrange for the pickup of the products. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only once the products are received by our seller and on confirmation of the issue that has been reported by You.

What is the zoobop score?

A zoobop score is based on assessing the brand (and their products) across several criteria including possible heath concerns for ingredients, environmental impact of the brand, complete transparency on declaring the ingredients they use and being cruelty free.

zoobop score provides a brand’s clean & safe rating on a scale of 0-5, with 0 being the lowest score in red indicating very poor and 5 being the highest score in green showing excellence

What is the difference between the zoobop meter and zoobop score?

The zoobop score is simply the clean & green score of a brand on a scale of 0-5. The score is based on the zoobop meter which provides more detailed information across several criteria on which a brand is evaluated.

How accurate is the zoobop meter?

The zoobop meter is based on the information & ingredients found from the brand’s own website/ online platform. We cross check the available data with world recognised standards for Safety, Eco toxicity, Cruelty free testing, the Vegan society, Fair Trade practices, Transparency, Responsible sourcing, Community service and Environment policies.

It is however important to note, that all brands update products, their ingredients, brand information and packaging from time to time. zoobop keeps its information up to date on a best effort basis. However, it is always recommended that you check current labels while buying a product.

When zoobop is unable to find certain information for a brand or/and the brand has been unresponsive when asked about the same then we do mention “Not Clear” in the zoobop meter against that parameter.

How do I know if some ingredients are plant / animal based?

Not all brands are candid about the ingredients they use. Some ingredients can be plant/ animal or synthetic derived.

The zoobop meter mentions all possible derivates for these ingredients.

For allergies or ethical choices, it is always prudent to contact the brand for specific ingredient based questions, and always check a product label for details before buying.

When zoobop is unable to find certain information for a brand or/and the brand has been unresponsive when asked about the same then we do mention “Not Clear” in the zoobop meter against that parameter.

zoobop has made all information easy for you to read under the +know more section of the zoobop meter. To understand a particular ingredient, simply tap the ingredient and the information on it would appear including any toxicity concerns.

Why does zoobop sell only select brands and products? How is it different from all the other E Commerce sites?

zoobop is a strictly clean e-commerce platform, that only sells products whose brands have been manually verified to be clean, green, safe and ethical (i.e. brands with a 4 or more zoobop score).

What if the brand I am using has a poor score?

The zoobop score provides a comprehensive read on the brand across multiple criteria. You can check the criteria of concern to know all the details pertaining to it. As an example, if an ingredient is a concern, then zoobop will display the potentially hazardous ingredients the brand carries.

How do I place a zoobop order?

You can place your order in a few simple steps –-

Step 1: Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag

Step 2: Register with Zoobop by clicking on the “Me” button on the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on “Sign Up”

When you sign up for your Zoobop account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number on to your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes!

While this sign-up step is optional, we highly recommend that you do create a Zoobop account. You will be able to rate and review products, avail members-only coupons/offers, and more!

Step 3: You can then click on your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: Either you can “Continue shopping” or click on the “Place Order” button to proceed to the next steps.

Step 5: Provide us with your shipping, billing address and payment details. Finally, click on “place order” to go ahead.

Step 6: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email and SMS confirming your order.

Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?

The Zoobop shopping bag expires after 24 hours. Hence we would recommend mark your choice of products with the Zoobop Hearts in order for you to return and make a purchase.

However the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire.

Change quantity

Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to make any changes to the order once Placed. However, you may cancel the order at any point in time, before delivery & place a fresh one. We cannot cancel a particular product(s) before dispatch but will have to cancel the entire order. We recommend checking the cancellation policy before proceeding with any cancellations.

Zoobop coupon codes cannot be given on demand. They are issued to selected customers as per the offer campaign run. You may find a coupon code in the cart while placing the order. We do not endorse any third party website coupon codes. Zoobop discount coupon code terms and conditions vary with a coupon to coupon. You will also see the T&C's of the coupon mentioned next to the coupon code itself on the cart page. Discount Coupon code cannot be used again if the order placed with the discount coupon was canceled. The refund will be done after deducting the discount coupon amount. Payment failure (payment deducted, no order confirmation)

"In case the amount has been deducted from your account and Zoobop.com has not received the amount, it would reflect back in your account in 2- 4 business days from the payment gateways end. If you have not received the amount in the provided timeframe, we request you to check the order status in case if it is placed. If not, please contact your bank/payment gateway, for further assistance as there might be an issue from your bank’s end. If the payment is received by Zoobop later, we will reverse the amount and you may place a fresh order. The time frame for the following remain as specified earlier:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive a SMS and Email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the respective courier company’s website.

Your order has been partly shipped. what does this mean?

On Zoobop you can buy products from multiple sellers, so in order to faciliate the products getting to you at the earliest your order is split. This way if some products are ready to be shipped then they can be sent to you earlier without having to wait for all the products to be ready for shipment. .

I want to schedule my delivery at a specific time/day

Unfortunately, we do not provide scheduled deliveries for a particular time slot as our courier partners work between 9 am to 9 pm. However, be assured that the Field executives do call you before the delivery is commenced. Our courier partners operate on all business days.

Delivery date rescheduling

We do reschedule deliveries for the next day but for not more than 2 working days Also, the courier person will get in touch with you before delivery and you can request him to deliver on the next day. We would like to inform you that our courier partners can only hold the shipment for 2 days at your nearest delivery center post which it will be canceled and returned.

Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing occasional delays for some orders.

How can I confirm my order is placed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will come on to a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Additionally, you will receive an Email and SMS confirming your order. You can also visit the 'My Orders' section on the Zoobop app or website to check the status of your order.

I did not receive an order confirmation

Sometimes we don't receive confirmation of your payment from the payment gateway. This happens very rarely. If the payment confirmation is received within the hour, we'll verify and process your order. If not and we've received your payment after that, we'll refund your payment. This can take upto 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. In some cases your money is debited from your bank account, however we've not received it as well. In such cases your bank will credit your account in 48-96 hours.

How do I track the status of my order?

"You can track the status of your order/shipment by going to Profile > My orders > Select your order / View order details > Track shipment. This will help you with the current status of your order, estimated dispatch date and the estimated delivery date as well."

"We are pleased to say, 95% of our orders are delivered within 4-6 days from the date of order. You can use the pincode checker on the product page to find out the estimated delivery time for that product even before you choose to place the order with us. Why did I receive partial / incomplete order?

Don't worry! This is completely normal. It just means that some products in your order are shipped from different locations and by different vendors. Hence the order is delivered partially and we will notify you once your entire order is delivered.

Currently, we do not have a feature of deactivating or deleting the user from our system. You can stop using the account and in due course of time, it may get defunct.
