We have asked them for further clarity on their recycling policies and plastic content

Parent brand claims to be working towards recycling plastic, however we find that they are equally responsible for contaminating the planet too.
Post-consumer collection of packaging components is not available in all areas where products are sold.
In developing and third world countries all waste & plastic ends up in landfills.

Brand tests on animals when required by law

It should be noted that their parent brand tests on animals when required by law.

By testing on animals brand can no longer be considered vegan friendly.

Synthetic fragrance are known to contain a mix of various toxins - unless these are clearly and transparently mentioned as complete fragrance by the brand. Unfortunately very few brands give complete fragrance info as they consider this as proprietary information. When it comes to Synthetic fragrance this is tricky as they can be known pollutants in it.
