Individual wrap on pads and liners is biofilm which is Biodegradable and Compostable.
Tampons are wrapped in recycled paper, even their digital non-applicator tampons are wrapped in paper.
The packaging of their pads / liners / tampons is recycled and recyclable cardboard.
Although the back sheet material of their pad is compostable, the hole pads can not be claimed as compostable. Because of that and the fact that the pads contain menstrual debris, they need to be disposed in a waste bin.

Generally, sanitary pads marketed as compostable try to use more sustainable materials and production methods than regular pads, making them slightly more eco-friendly.
However, it is imperative for you to read brand instructions on label for its proper disposal process.
