We have asked them for further clarity on their recycling policies and plastic content.

Though brand claims to be cruelty free, they do not have a strong cruelty free policy.
Being cruelty free needs to be a brand commitment. it is not about adding a logo on product labels.

What is good to know is that pet products do not require to be tested on animals in China.
However some independent companies do conduct animal testing on their own.
