The Order can be Cancelled for free and you will receive full refund, if cancellation request is received by us before the products are dispatched. Generally we take up to 2 working days to pack and generate shipments.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification or message. You can also view tracking information if you have a www.clayessentials.in account.
Please note, the orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment is dispatched from our end.
No refund, returns or cancellations are applicable on products bought on Sale or at discounted rates.
Only products which have manufacturing defects or have expired or are expiring within six months or cases where incorrect products or damage products have been delivered to the customer, would be applicable for the return and refund policy within 15 days of purchase.
Damage caused to the goods on account of negligence, improper use or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under exchange/return policy.
Our essential oils are Non-returnable. We thoroughly check our products and seal them before dispatching.
Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold or returned. This is to maintain the quality of our organic essential oils.

Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, we don't accept returns.
